A quick and efficient way to apply soothing cool water to your horses legs. Our Cold Water Boots have a twill exterior and a foam interior with hook and loop closures. All you need to do is place in bucket of cold water and then apply the saturated Cold Water Boot to legs. Will stay wet for aproximately 30 minutes and can be used over and over. Sold per pair.
